Our highly trained and experienced engineers can investigate your boiler fault, diagnose the issue and the office would submit a cost by email to repair. All our repairs are covered under a 12month parts and labour warranty. (only for the parts and labour we supply)

BOILER INVESTIGATION CHARGES

(WITH A PRE - BOOKED APPOINTMENT IN NORMAL HOURS MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM TO 3.30PM)

£60.00+VAT to cover the first 30mins on site
£30.00+VAT to cover each subsequent 30mins or part thereof

Most boiler investigations can be completed and diagnosed within 30mins or 60mins – but this is not in all cases.

We do offer the service outside these hours please refer to our out of hours rates located in our pricing and terms page.

Once our clients have had a cost to make a repair depending on the outcome of the diagnosis we can also provide a cost to replace the boiler if required or deemed to be a more economical way forward.
