A legal requirement for rental properties, this certificate confirms that all gas appliances in the home are safe. It must be renewed annually.
Mandatory for rental properties. While best practice is to have this carried out annually, most letting agencies will insist on it.
Landlords in Edinburgh are required under the Health and Safety Act to carry out a legionella risk assessment on their properties, this should be done at least every 2 years.
