As we approach the holiday season, we want to inform you that P Blackhall Ltd has now paused the acceptance of any new jobs prior to our closure for the Christmas and New Year holiday break, which begins on Friday, December 20th. This decision allows us to fully commit to the needs of our existing customers.
Please note that any new inquiries from this point onward may not be responded to until we return on January 6th, 2025.
If you have a genuine gas or plumbing emergency:
- Until December 19th: From 5 PM to 10 PM, we have an out-of-hours emergency response service available. You can reach us by calling 0131 444 2200. Our engineers can only guarantee a make-safe service, as we do not carry boiler parts and can only perform fixes with what is available. This service incurs a minimum charge of £300.00 for 15mins
- December 20th: There will be no emergency response service on this date.
- Between December 21st at 12 PM and January 6th, 2025: We will offer emergency response services from 10 AM to 10 PM during this period, with the same minimum charge of £300.00 for 15mins
